Refund Policy

Before your plans are delivered

If you change your mind before your coach has published your plans, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

After your plans are delivered

Because plans are written personally for you, payments are non-refundable once your meal or workout plan has been published, except where required by law.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.

How to request a refund

Message your coach from your dashboard or contact us. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. For mobile money (Telebirr, CBE Birr) refunds may be processed as a transfer to your registered number.
